A CR sheet is a cold-rolled steel sheet, a type of steel that has been further processed at room temperature after hot rolling to improve its strength, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy. This process results in a smoother, more precise product with enhanced mechanical properties, making it ideal for applications requiring high quality and aesthetics.   

Cold Rolled (CR) Sheets are flat steel products produced by cold reducing hot rolled steel coils in a pickled and oiled condition. The process is carried out at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature of steel, which enhances surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and mechanical strength.

During cold rolling, the steel passes through a series of rollers to achieve the desired thickness, followed by annealing and skin passing to improve surface uniformity and mechanical properties. The result is a smooth, bright, and uniform sheet suitable for precision fabrication and forming applications.
